Claiming he was strong enough to do it and not get hurt, a 17-year-old Miami Beach High School student jumped out a second floor window after his teacher, Yrvan Tassy Jr., bet him $20 he couldn't do it without injuring himself. Not only did Tassy lose the bet (the boy was fine) but he couldn't even pay up (he told the student he'd bring the money the next day). He is now being investigated by Miami-Dade detectives (not that this would take a CSI unit to uncover) and has been assigned to another location where he doesn't have contact with students. No word on what floor he's on.
