Dr. Katherine M. Bowser comes to NCTQ with over a decade of experience in education. Her experiences span higher education administration, edtech, and K-12 policy research. Dr. Bowser’s research has examined reformed teacher evaluation systems and their effects on important teacher and student outcomes. Additionally, her dissertation studied the effects of four-day school week adoption on educator turnover and district financial outcomes.
