Jodi Kilpatrick, an elementary school teacher in Carroll County, Georgia, was recently accused of forcing a student to lick her toes in exchange for candy. The police have apparently decided that, however weird, Kilpatrick's actions were not criminal. NCTQ is firmly opposed to toe licking in the classroom, although we must admit we haven't studied its impact on student achievement.
