The Fort Worth school district is set to present a four-option plan to help teachers aides who would not be considered highly qualified under No Child Left Behind. All four of the options that Fort Worth is offering will either help the aides prove that they re qualified through an online assessment or a one-on-one performance evaluation or become qualified by pursuing an associate s or bachelor s degree. Kudos to Fort Worth for showing flexibility and creative thinking.
