We're happy to welcome two new board members to NCTQ's Board of Directors: Mike Miles, the superintendent of the Harrison School District in Colorado Springs, Colorado and Paul Pastorek, who resigned last year as the State Superintendent in Louisiana and is now back to practicing law at Eads, North America. Mike's track record in developing one of the finest performance pay plans in the country and Paul's stellar leadership in Louisiana make them both great additions to our board.

We also welcome Jean Clements to ourAdvisory Board. Since 2002, Jean has served as president of the Classroom Teachers Association in Hillsborough County, Florida, the eighth largest school district in the country, and has been a wonderful voice of reason, supporting reforms which are in the best interests of students and teachers.
