Connecticut's Son of TR3

With upwards of 10,000 school districts nationwide and all but five states requiring or allowing collective bargaining agreements, no one database can be a comprehensive inventory of all agreements.  NCTQ's TR3 database contains contracts from just over 100 of the largest districts from all 50 states, including only two from Connecticut.  Now ConnCAN has stepped up to the plate to build a statewide inventory containing more than 170 of the state's collective bargaining agreements. In addition to reviewing and comparing contracts from across the state, the database allows searches for specific data regarding:  teacher workday, class size limits, salary, teacher evaluation, and more.  Kudos to ConnCAN!  We welcome more state education advocacy groups taking on the task of increasing transparency regarding these critical public documents.
