Missouri has put an end to the social media ban placed on teachers — sort of. In a victory for the Missouri State Teachers Association, the law prohibiting teachers from using social media to contact students was repealed last month. However, the revised legislation requires that each school district set its own policy. The MSTA is weighing whether to continue pressing its case against any ban on social media.
