Join us on Thursday, March 26, 2009 for our conference here in Washington, D.C. when an esteemed panel of judges will select the Grand Winner of NCTQ's research competition: Help or Hindrance? The Impact of Teacher Rules, Roles and Rights on Teacher Quality. Top prize earns a scholar $15,000, and second place earns $5,000. The semifinalists were chosen in August and are at work now on their papers.
